The Fantasy Galaxy network of sites is based solely in the UK and hence at first glance it seems that the sites do not need to comply with the USA's USC TITLE 18, SECTION 2257 record keeping requirements.

However as the sites serve the global Internet community and hence the USA as a marketplace it would seem that there is some confusion as to whether the sites do in actual fact need to comply and to what level they must do so depending on how the rules are interpreted. As a reponsible company we decided that it would be best fo all concerned for us to complay as far we possobly can with the legislation hence this declaration.

All models appearing on the Fantasy Galaxy network have submitted two forms of legally recognised identification at least one of which contained an official photograph (usually a passport) and all of which show the models were over the age of 18 when photographed.

All models appearing on the sites have signed contracts that they willingly and knowingly participated in all material in which they feature on the sites.

The contract signatures and proofs of age of each and every model have been examined and approved by the owner (or his appointed representative) of Fantasy Galaxy and one other witness in the presence of the models.

These contracts and copies of identification are kept at the place of business of Fantasy Galaxy which is as follows:

Requests to examine the records may be made by post (to the above address) or email (via the Contact page) by any UK or EU based law enforcement official who is engaged in an official and legal investigation. Absolute proof of identity of such an official will be asked for and must be given before any details will be released in order to protect the privacy and safety of our models.

As can be seen from the above Fantasy Galaxy complies in the main with the US law known as 2257 (in full USC TITLE 18, SECTION 2257). However, it should be noted that RECORDS ARE NOT AVAILABLE FOR INSPECTION OUTSIDE OF THE UK as this would contravene EU and UK Data Protection Laws preventing transfer of personal data to areas outside of the EU.
